Yes. Romance is entirely optional, and the game can be completed without choosing it. There are four relationship routes and five relationship endings.
Harik, Ansgar, and Basi can become friends, allies, or lovers. Trust, belief, and shared experience shape each bond, and love can change the story without being required.

- Is avoiding romance also a tracked outcome?
- Yes. Choosing no romantic path is also a tracked achievement outcome.
